The Library Building is Still Closed, but our Online Digital Library is always open to serve you. Contactless Curbside Pickup is also available.

Thank you all for your continued patience and support during this trying time for our country and community. The library has been called upon to support our School District, Borough, State, Country and each other in the effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. The decision to close was made in partnership with the Library Board of Trustees and Borough Officials.

This closure does not mean a total interruption of library service. Although the building is closed to the public, staff is available to answer questions  by phone and email (library@fanwoodlibrary.org), or email library director Dan Weiss directly at (dweiss@fanwoodlibrary.org). And of course, you can still access the many Online Digital Resources you have come to love, such as the NY Times, e-books, e-audiobooks, digital subscriptions to magazines, streaming movies, TV, music, Great Courses and more. You can also place books and DVDs on hold for Contactless Curbside Pickup.

We will not charge any overdue fees for items due during the time that our building is closed. We will continue to communicate with you as our response to this public health emergency evolves. We look forward to welcoming you back into our building when we are able to reopen.
